Share up to date info about who is in foster care, EDMs, and B.I.D.s

Child welfare agencies have important information about who is in foster care, who their EDMs are, and when a Best Interest Determination (B.I.D.) is required. This information is needed for education and child welfare agencies to ensure  legal rights are protected, including the right to school stability and transportation to their school of origin. This exchange also ensures school staff will know who has the right to make educational and special educational decisions, who should be invited to school meetings, and who is allowed to access student records.
