HHS/Children’s Bureau 

The Children’s Bureau is an Office of the Administration for Children & Families at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). State child welfare agencies are required to submit certain information to HHS. HHS maintains a list of child welfare points of contact and periodically issues Information Memoranda (IMs) and guidance addressing data-related issues for students in foster care.
