Education outcome data 

When state child welfare agencies engage in robust bi-directional exchange with their SEA counterparts, they can use that data to support LEAs by identifying and tracking students moving between counties within their state, identifying high-need areas within their state, tracking the efficacy of interventions, and effectively targeting resources, training, and supports.
